Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I register and pay for classes?
Great question! Take a look at our list of classes by referencing the “Course Catalog” tab to find your favorites. You may also choose to look over our weekly offerings on the "Events" tab to see if there is an area of study you are interested in. Once you find a class you would like to attend, click on the black "Login" button or the "Registration" tab. You will be directed to create an account where you will be able to add your classes to the cart, and pay for them all together. You can personalize your classes weekly, so it may be helpful to pay for classes one month at a time.
  • When is tuition due? How do I pay for classes?
Tuition is due before the start of each class. You can customize and register for individual classes each week or month by adding them to the cart in your account. There is a one time, non-refundable registration fee of $25. Each class costs $20 per session.
  • What happens if I miss a class I have already paid for?
Make Up Policy-While we hope you will be able to attend every class you sign up for, we understand, things happen! Contact us directly so that we can arrange for a make-up session. Make-ups must be completed within 30 days and reserved in advance of your class.
  • Do you work with students with special needs?
Yes, we offer the opportunity to work with students of all abilities and levels. We will collaborate with you and differentiate instruction to best support the needs of your child. Contact us so that we can work together to create a plan that benefits your child’s needs.
  • Will I be able to watch my student in class?
Our classes are designed as a drop-off program, however, you are welcome to watch your child in our classroom setting from the waiting room space provided. Please keep in mind that the space is limited in size and disruptions impact the quality of instruction being provided. There is also a covered "porch area" just outside the classroom. Please respect all students by minimizing loud distractions. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
  • Do you accept funds from charter schools? Which schools do you partner with?
Yes, we accept funds from charter schools. We are currently working to partner with Sage Oak Charter School and are looking to add others in the near future. Let us know if there is a school you would like us to reach out to!
  • Will my child’s work be graded?
Your child will work on various concepts and ideas during our 55 minutes in class together. We will provide directions, samples, guidelines, and feedback to support your student during class time. We encourage you to review your child’s work for further support, review, and completion as needed.
